  From time to time, I had shopped for just the right slab for my kitchen counter and sill, and I spotted it at Granite Busters.....at a realistic price!!! Ben walked me through the entire process, answering every question. However, when it came to the contract, it seemed to primarily protect the company rather than the customer. Ben explained that if they wanted to stay in business, they need clear boundaries and absolutely had to care for their customers. I signed. Wouldn't you know, GB was put to the test with my installation. After a thorough cleanup, I discovered a minor flaw in the granite. Heath was sent out immediately to repair it. I really tried to accept and live with the result, but was not happy. Again, Heath came and made multiple attempts to satisfy me. Finally, success!!! The flaw is unnoticeable! I am so grateful that GB proved that they stood behind their product and work for me........and I am proud to show off my kitchen counter.

  Working with the entire team at Granite Busters was nothing but easy and pleasant. Alex, my amazing and oh so patient salesman was awesome to work with. Nora, in the office, kept me updated and worked perfectly with me. Chris, the young man who took measurements for the template and the installation team were all just incredible. I look forward to working with these amazing people when we redo our kitchen! Thanks GB team for making this easy and making my bathroom GORGEOUS!

  First, know that store and warehouse are at one location so it is a one stop buy. No running around to granite houses to pick your slabs. They also have remnants for small projects at reduced prices. And their granite is competitively priced, in fact, the best I could find. Ben was an excellent sales rep and led us through our first granite purchase and all the options and extras that you get at GB. Tonya (I hope) did a great job as our scheduler and phone contact, allowing us to reduce the amount of time our kitchen was down. Lastly, the installers were amazing, doing some tweaks the template guys were not sure was possible. They were clean, friendly and quick and I wish I remembered their names as they did a great job. It just looks fantastic. I highly recommend GB. Expect a superior experience!
