  I love this store. Absolutely amazing prices. One thing that I find annoying is they keep the bathrooms locked To me, That is a bit extreme in my view. And I returned a purse and they tried to tell me that according to their computer I had already returned it! I said "Well if I did how am I holding it in my hand?!" She gave me my refund, realizing that someone had made mistake.. Be Sure to hold on to Ross receipts!! Everything in the store gets marked down the longer it sits there. I returned a Play-Doh toy without a receipt it was $5..they wanted to give me 49 cents back! I keep it and gave it to Toys for Tots. Despite these issues I still love the store and shop there as often as I can!
