  Couldn't find anyone to help me in luggage, because the one I wanted had no tag on it. Walked around looking for help. Found no one... finally an unkempt gentleman walked by the aisle and I asked for his help, he said to take my item to someone else for help and then he took a call over his walkie and walked away as I tried to ask something else. Settled for another suitcase. I then noticed security following my family. No biggie. Continue on my way. Cashier checks my luggage to make sure nothing was in it. Understandable, that's his job. I pay $140 for my stuff. Then undercover security and the regular security stand by me and ask a manager to ask cashier to check my luggage again while they stare me down. I ask them if they want to check my coat too, undercover security chuckles and says it's procedure to check all luggage. I get that but to follow my family and I, stare me down and basically accuse me of stealing after the cashier checked the luggage and I spent my money in their lame, 2nd string, understaffed and unfriendly store is the very reason I will be returning my stuff tomorrow morning and never ever stepping foot in their store again. Avoid this store. The undercover security with the Napoleon complex will ruin it for you, too.
